Yes, we can ship your design directly to the recipient. The shipping fee is $10 within Massachusetts and $15 for contiguous U.S. locations.

• All garments without customization purchased in-store or online are eligible for return within 30 days from the purchase date. Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with an explanation.
• Customized items are only eligible for return if there is a quality-related issue with the base garment itself. However, only the base garment (T-shirt, hoodie, etc.) is refundable—the cost of customization (prints, patches, DTF, HTV) and any added accessories cannot be refunded. 
• Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight differences and unique characteristics may occur. These natural variations do not qualify for a return. BUJI Design reserves the right to make the final decision on return eligibility. 
• Fashion accessories purchased independently, as well as washed garments, are not eligible for return.
• Gift Card and Shipping fees are not refundable.

A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each mailed return. Returns presented in store will not be charged a return shipping fee.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method once the product is received and approved.

If you purchased an item using a gift card, you may return the items. The refund will be credited back to the gift card balance.

• We offer adult clothing sizes from XS to XXXL, fitting chest measurements from 39 inches (100 cm) to 53 inches (134 cm), depending on the series. 

• Hats and socks are one-size and unisex.

We offer kids’ sizes for children 4 years old and up, with a height of 39 inches (100 cm) or taller.

Most garments are made from 100% cotton, with some series combining cotton and polyester.

1. Turn Inside Out – Before washing, turn the garment inside out to protect the print and fabric.
2. Wash with Cold Water – Use cold water and a gentle cycle to prevent fading and shrinkage.
3. Use Mild Detergent – Avoid harsh detergents or bleach, as they may damage the print and fabric.
4. Air Dry Recommended – For best results, air dry your garment. If using a dryer, select a low heat setting.
5. Avoid Direct Ironing on Print – If ironing is needed, do not iron directly on the design; instead, turn the garment inside out or use a protective cloth.
6. Do Not Dry Clean – Dry cleaning chemicals may affect the fabric and print quality.
